This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked from or integrated with the Service and are subject to their own privacy policies.

For example, without an email address and basic account data, we may not be able to create or maintain an account. Without payment-related information from our payment provider, we cannot activate or maintain paid subscription features. If you do not provide data that is necessary for a requested feature, that feature may be unavailable.
7. Payment Processing
We use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process subscription payments and related billing operations.
When you make a payment, payment-related personal data may be processed by Stripe directly in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy documentation. We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, transaction status, billing email, billing country, and similar data necessary to activate paid features, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
8. Recipients and Categories of Recipients
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients where necessary:
- payment processors and billing providers, including Stripe;
- hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hetzner;
- technical service providers, such as authentication, database, storage, email, analytics, monitoring, and security providers, where used;
- professional advisers, auditors, legal advisers, or authorities where disclosure is necessary;
- acquirers, successors, or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we take steps required by applicable law to ensure that an appropriate level of protection is provided. - synced content is retained for as long as needed to provide the synchronization features you use and for a limited period thereafter where necessary for backups, technical recovery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
We may also retain anonymized or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
